
In consideration of the health and safety of our guests, we will only be renting to one group at a time for the foreseeable future. Rates will adjust according to the number of guests in any group. At this point, it’s best to contact us with specifics for an accurate rate, especially if you’re a small group of 2-4 guests.

Cancellation policy:
In the event of a cancellation your payment will be forfeited. No credit will be issued unless we can re-sell your reserved dates. If we are able to fill your original dates, a full credit will be issued, and will expire 1 year from the cancellation date. We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance from a 3rd party to safeguard against unexpected cancellations, including cancelations due to Covid-19. Storms, road closures, and weather/smoke/trail conditions are not an exception to this policy. No refund will be issued in the event of any cancellation.

- Should you need to cancel, it seems as though some travel insurance companies are offering “cancel for any reason” policies that might cover 50%-75% of the total cost of your trip, though they do not offer coverage for pandemics or COVID-related cancellations specifically. (It’s all in the fine print.)
